Requisite Policy & Guarantee
Each of our garments is custom-made to the most exacting specifications in the bespoke
industry. We are confident that you will be satisfied with our products and services.
Our satisfaction guarantee:
If, at the time of delivery, you are not happy with the fit and/or finish of your garment, we will adjust or remake the item or refund you, in full, for the amount you have already paid.*
For our Black Label, The Standards, and Requisite collections:
The vast majority of our customers are ecstatic with the fit and finish of our clothing from the first time they put their garment on. If, however, the fit of your garment is not to your liking, we will adjust it accordingly. If necessary, we will start from scratch and remake the garment. We will do all of this at no cost to you.
Full refunds are only available for garments that have not been adjusted or remade.
For items that have been adjusted or remade, we will refund 75% of the amount already paid. This policy does not apply to items that must be adjusted or remade due to an error on our part or a quality issue related to craftsmanship; these items are still 100% refundable. Orders canceled during production will be refunded for 50% of the amount already paid.
For our Old World line and Private Collection items:
Because this is a true bespoke line, you must be fitted with a baste suit made in a fabric from our The Standards collection. During this step, we perfect your pattern and confirm that you are happy with the fit. Only at this stage are 100% refunds permitted.
Once past the fitting stage, we will only adjust or remake the garment due to an error on our part or a quality issue related to our craftsmanship.
Orders canceled during production of the baste garment are refunded 50% of the amount already paid. No refunds can be made once a client has signed off on the baste fit.
For all garments:
If you are a first-time customer ordering multiple items, we will start by making one garment or suit first to confirm that you are happy with the fit and finish of our garments before we process the remainder of your order. No refunds are available once the client has signed off at the completion of the fitting stage. Once past the fitting stage, we will only adjust or remake the garment due to an error on our part or a quality issue related to our craftsmanship.
A 20% surcharge applies to items crafted for rush delivery. The rush fee will be refunded if the item is not delivered by the agreed-upon specified date. No guarantee is available on dates for standard delivery. On average, we deliver your garments within three to four weeks of order placement. However, at times delays occur that are beyond our control.
Gift cards are nonrefundable. Clothing bought with a gift card is only refundable via store credit. All of the above guarantee terms and conditions apply.
