For our Black label, THE Standards collection and REQUISITE collection:
The vast majority of our customers are ecstatic with the fit and finish of our clothing from the first time they put it on. If the fit is not to your liking, we will adjust the garment accordingly, If needed we will start from scratch and remake the garment. This is all at no cost to the customer.

Full refunds are only available for garments that have not been adjusted or remade.

For items that have been adjusted or remade we will refund 75% of the amount already paid. Items that have been adjusted or remade due to an error our part or a quality issue due to our craftsmanship do not count towards this and, hence, are still 100% refundable

Orders canceled during production are refunded 50% of amount already paid.

For our Old World line and private collection:
Since this is a true bespoke line, it will require that you be fitted with a baste suit made in a fabric from our THE Standards collection. This step is where we perfect your pattern and confirm that you are happy with the fit. Only at this stage are 100% refunds permitted.

Once past the fitting stage, We will only adjust or remake the garment due to an error our part or a quality issue due to our craftsmanship.

Orders canceled during production of the baste garment are refunded 50% of amount paid. There are no refunds available once a client has signed off on the baste fit.

All garments:
For first time customers ordering multiple items, we will start by making one set first. This is to confirm that you are happy with the fit and finish of our garments before we process the remainder of your order. There are no refunds available once client has signed off past the fitting stage. Once past the fitting stage, we will only adjust or remake the garment due to an error on our part or a quality issue due to our craftsmanship.
Delivery
For rush delivery there is a 20% surcharge and the rush fee is refundable if item is not delivered by agreed upon specified date.
There is no guarantee on dates for standard delivery.
On average, we deliver your garments within 3-4 weeks. However, there are times when we meet delays that are beyond our control.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards are non refundable. Clothing bought with a gift card is only refundable via store credit. All of the above guarantee terms and conditions apply.
